The hotel is well located even though it's not by the riverside. The valet service is very pleasant. The style is very charming and the staff does their job perfectly. We enjoyed the decor, and while the overall building isn't new (be aware if you're seeking a modern hotel), the restaurant, bar, and lobby offer a unique atmosphere. Regarding the floors, the elevator is newly renovated and the corridors are somewhat "old" and a bit dark, but frankly, the renovation is beautiful (note: if you don't appreciate the sound of wooden floors, this might not be for you!) There's no coffee in the room and tokens are provided (either delivered or to be picked up downstairs) and the mini bar is well-stocked - with a fridge.

I liked the eggplant walls, minibar was delightful and bed excellent. The room was quiet and I slept well. The staff is welcoming and very helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable! Luscious, fluffy pillows and a great mattress! Wish we could have had more nights here!
